Before the Session
- Secure Your Time: Schedule your testing slot well in advance and block out your calendar to guarantee uninterrupted focus.
- Review Materials: Familiarise yourself with the platform training provided and review the specific test scripts or scenarios you will be executing.
- Check Access: Confirm you have received valid login credentials and that your specific test data is ready.
Workspace & Equipment
- Optimise Your Environment: Set up in a quiet location using a computer, browser, mouse, and keyboard you are comfortable with.
- Dual Screens: We strongly recommend two monitors; use one for the digital platform and the second for viewing test steps and instructions.
- Connectivity: Ensure you are connected to high-speed, stable internet to avoid performance delays.
During Testing
- Initial Connection: Connect with the support team at the start to check audio and walk through the first few test cases together.
- Reporting: Log items immediately according to the agreed priority process and maintain regular check-ins with the test lead.
